Meet Mooniek Seebregts

"Hi! I started out as a registered nurse and a journalist. Since 2002 I have coached leaders and parents, and since 2011 I have run a monthly mastermind for leaders. I bring both lived experience and evidence-based tools to this work, drawing on emotional intelligence, behavior change, neuroscience, and systems thinking.

I work in English and Dutch, with parents across the USA and Europe. What I have learned is simple: the parent and the professional are the same person. When you know how to lead yourself well in one place it shows up in the other.

I am always walking around with the question: What helps a human being become more fully themselves — become the leader of their own life?

That question, for a parent, became personal when, as a young mother, I caught myself repeating a pattern from my own childhood during a stressful moment with my high-spirited two-year-old daughter. I knew then that good intentions weren't not enough. Love alone didn't help me out. I needed better tools, better mentors, and a different way of leading."

Since 2002, Mooniek has worked with thousands of people across cultures, professions, and generations — helping them understand what happens beneath behavior, strengthen how they lead themselves, and become more intentional at work, at home, and in relationships.

Her perspective has been shaped by her work as a nurse, journalist, trainer, coach, and speaker, and by a lifelong curiosity about human behavior, intelligence, nervous systems, relationships, culture, and change.

FAQ

QUESTIONS WORKING PARENTS ASK

What is the Intentional Parent Blueprint™? It's a leadership framework for working parents, created by Mooniek Seebregts. It builds self-leadership, emotional intelligence and communication skills so you can stay intentional at home, even after a demanding workday.

What is a 24-Hour Leader™? A 24-Hour Leader™ is a working parent who leads at work and at home, all day. 24 hours a day. Your leadership is 24 hours, not just at work between 9 to 5. The same inner skills shape both places, just differently.

Is this parenting advice or therapy? Neither. It's leadership coaching and training for parents. We focus on how you lead yourself and your family. If you need mental-health support, we'll say so and help you find it.

I barely have time. How much time does this take? Sessions run in the evening, in US and European time zones, and the daily practice takes a few intentional minutes. Nothing requires childcare.

Who is this for? Working parents of toddlers and school-age children. No leadership title required.

Does my partner need to join? No. Many parents start alone. You can add a joint session so you both lead from the same playbook.

Can my employer pay for it? Often, yes. Many companies fund leadership development, and we'll give you a request letter to send to your manager or HR.

Is there a subscription? No. Every program has one price and a fixed length, with no auto-renewal.

Lead yourself first.

Everything else follows.

And imagine the example you will be for your children: knowing who you are, who you want to become, building an inner life that is strong enough to sustain you under pressure.

She does not believe in shaming, controlling, or fixing people.

She believes in helping people stand on their own two feet.

And she brings that philosophy into her own life through family, friendships, adventures, traveling, sailing, backpacking, and a deep commitment to being fully alive.

It is about choosing consciously, again and again.

TESTIMONIALS

You were holding space for me

You were holding the space for what what has been an incredible pause for me. Thank you for offering it at the time that worked for me. I really feel that you have contributed in different ways. You are so skilled, really heart centered, passionate, and professional. You inspire me in lots of different ways, I really have felt the inspiration that came from talking about your own struggles and successes, and shared in a structured environment in such a way that I could use them in my own life, was a great gift. -Tom G, plumbing business owner, father of 2

People do not realize how complicated the parent-child relationship is.

I learned a huge amount from you. There is parenting when the kids are little, but your whole approach is that this parent-child relationship goes on and one, it changes often and is very complicated, it is so full of life, filled with the good and the challenges …. I have opened my eyes to the complexity of the relationship and how much thought and care it takes over the years. People do not realize how complicated and rich the parent child relationship is. -Carl in NY, executive assistant, father of 3
